Terms of Service

Tserera is an AI-powered website builder. You purchase credits and spend them on AI tools such as website generation, copywriting, design, SEO and chatbots. Credits are prepaid, one-time and do not renew automatically.

You must be at least 16 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

• 1 credit = €0.10. Other currencies are converted at prevailing rates shown at checkout.
• Credits are activated after we receive full payment.
• Credits are personal and non-transferable between accounts.
• Prices, credit costs and available tools may change; already-purchased credits keep their spending power.

Bank transfer is currently the only active payment method. Bank details are sent to your email after checkout; credits are delivered once payment clears. Card, PayPal and Stripe checkout are marked as coming soon and are not available today.

Your use of the Service must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate it, and we may refuse to generate content that we consider unlawful, harmful or abusive.

You own the briefs, prompts and websites you create with the Service. You grant us a limited license to host and process that content solely to operate and improve the Service.

AI-generated content can be inaccurate or biased and may occasionally reproduce third-party material. You are responsible for reviewing, editing and ensuring the legality of any content you publish.

We work hard to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may add, modify or discontinue features at any time.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tserera shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for material breach of these Terms, non-payment or misuse. Unused credits related to a terminated account are subject to our Refund Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Tserera is established, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country say otherwise.
