Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy sets out what you may and may not do with Tserera. It supplements our Terms of Service and applies to every account and every AI generation on the platform.
1. Be lawful
You may not use the Service to create, host or distribute content that violates any applicable law or regulation, infringes intellectual-property rights or breaches a contract you are bound by.
2. Prohibited content
- Child sexual abuse material or content that sexualises minors.
- Content that promotes terrorism, mass violence or self-harm.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery or deepfakes of real people.
- Content that harasses, defames or incites hatred against people based on protected characteristics.
- Malware, phishing pages or content designed to defraud users.
- Medical, legal or financial advice presented as coming from a qualified professional when it is not.
3. Prohibited behavior
- Reselling or sublicensing credits or AI outputs as a stand-alone product.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape or overload our AI systems.
- Sharing your account with third parties or bypassing rate limits.
- Using the Service to build sites impersonating a person or brand without permission.
4. High-risk use cases
Tserera is not designed for use in situations where failure could result in physical, psychological or financial harm, such as medical diagnosis, autonomous vehicles, weapons systems or life- support systems.
5. Reporting abuse
If you believe another user is violating this Policy, please email [email protected] with links and any relevant context. We investigate reports within 5 business days.
6. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations, remove offending content, suspend or terminate accounts and cooperate with law enforcement. Serious violations may result in permanent bans without refund.
7. Changes
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the dashboard.
