Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 17, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what personal data Tserera collects, why we collect it, how we use and share it, and the choices you have. It applies to the Tserera website, dashboard and related services (the 'Service').
1. Who we are
Tserera ("Tserera", "we", "us") provides an AI-powered website builder for businesses. This page is maintained by the Tserera team to answer common privacy questions about our Service.
2. Data we collect
We collect the following categories of personal data:
- Account data — first name, last name, email address and password (stored as a hash) that you provide during checkout.
- Order data — number of credits purchased, plan label, chosen payment method, promo code and order timestamps.
- Product content — briefs, prompts and website drafts you generate with our AI tools.
- Technical data — device type, browser, approximate location derived from IP address and pages visited.
- Support data — messages you send us by email or through the dashboard.
3. How we use your data
- Create and secure your account and process orders.
- Generate, store and deliver the websites you build with AI.
- Send transactional messages (order confirmation, bank details, credit balance).
- Improve the performance, quality and safety of our AI tools.
- Detect fraud and enforce our Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy.
4. Legal bases
Where GDPR applies, we rely on: performance of a contract (to provide the Service you purchased), legitimate interests (to secure the Service and improve product quality), consent (for optional cookies and marketing) and legal obligations (tax and accounting).
5. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share data only with service providers that help us operate the Service — such as hosting, email delivery, error monitoring and payment processing — under appropriate contractual safeguards.
6. International transfers
Personal data may be processed outside your country. When we transfer data outside the EEA, UK or Switzerland, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or another lawful mechanism.
7. Retention
We keep account and order data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to comply with tax, accounting and dispute-resolution obligations. You can request deletion at any time (see below).
8. Your rights
Subject to your local law, you may have the right to access, rectify, delete or port your personal data, restrict or object to processing, and withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, email [email protected].
9. Security
We use TLS in transit, industry-standard hashing for passwords and role-based access controls. No online service can be 100% secure — contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
10. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
11. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the dashboard and by email where appropriate.
